Job summary

JMI Resource (formerly 5-Star Staffing Solutions) is seeking an experienced Front-End Loader Operator for a recycling facility in Gainesville, FL. This hands-on temp-to-perm role involves sorting materials on the line and operating a front-end loader or skid steer, with forklift experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Recycling facility experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader and/or skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Sort recyclable materials (paper and co-mingled items) on the processing line.
• Assist with general labor tasks throughout the facility as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Support the team in achieving daily production goals.
• Learn and apply knowledge of various entry-level roles within the facility.

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Front-End Loader Operator to join our team at a busy recycling facility in Gainesville, FL.

This is a hands-on position where sorting materials on the line is the primary responsibility, with equipment operation (front-end loader or skid steer) as needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent experience operating a front-end loader and/or skid steer, preferably in an industrial or recycling environment. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate front-end loader and/or skid steer safely and efficiently
