Job summary

Denali Water Solutions LLC in Longview, WA is seeking a dependable Front-End Loader Operator to support soil-production operations. You will move bulk materials, load hoppers, and assist with yard organization in a safety-focused, outdoor environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of heavy equipment experience, a valid license, and the ability to work four 10-hour shifts, Wednesday through Saturday, in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain required equipment-operation certifications.
• 1–3 years of experience operating front-end loaders.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, recycling, soil production, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a front-end wheel loader to move, load, unload, and mix bulk materials.
• Operate a Caterpillar 966 loader or similar equipment to move finished products and production materials.
• Load processing hoppers with chemical and organic ingredients used in soil production.
• Train to operate other equipment as assigned and maintain safe work practices.
• Complete pre-operational safety inspections and document findings.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain an organized, safe yard and assist with crew scheduling and training.
