Road & Rail Services is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator in Mulberry, FL. You will operate a front‑end loader to load fertilizer into trucks and move product around the site, inside a warehouse and across the facility.

We require at least 2 years of loader experience, comfort working in outdoor industrial environments, and a strong safety mindset. This is a steady, long‑term role with a 2‑step swing shift and competitive pay.
