Road & Rail Services is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator in Mulberry, FL. You will operate a front‑end loader to load fertilizer into trucks and move product around the site, inside a warehouse and across the facility.

This is a hands‑on role operating a front‑end loader to move and load fertilizer in an active industrial environment. If you've operated loaders in tight spaces and know how to work efficiently and safely, this is a strong opportunity for steady, long‑term work.

What You'll Be Doing:

This Heavy Equipment Operator position is focused on running a front‑end loader to load fertilizer into trucks and move product throughout the site. You'll be working both inside a warehouse and across the property, requiring precision, awareness, and confidence handling equipment in tighter operating areas.
