Job summary

IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company, is seeking a Loader Operator at our Austin facility to move vehicles with a front-end loader and support auction preparations.

You’ll perform safe, efficient material handling, inspect equipment, manage lot inventory, and document vehicle details for sale, while assisting visitors and maintaining a secure yard environment. Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; forklift or loader

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating front-end loaders or forklifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles and equipment with a front-end loader around the facility.
• Load and unload trucks delivering or picking up vehicles.
• Perform basic maintenance checks and ensure safe loader operation.
• Maintain lot inventory and document vehicle details for sale.
• Assist visitors and direct them to the appropriate team.
• Maintain a safe, compliant yard and report hazards immediately.
