Burlington Stores in Paducah, KY is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will work with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service and Operations to lead a team and drive results.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price or big-box environments, and strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all store functions and associates while on duty as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
