Burlington Stores is seeking a Retail Front End Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor in Paducah, KY. This full-time role partners with Store Management in merchandising, customer service, operations and HR to build strong teams and drive results.

Leaders will supervise front-end operations, train staff, and ensure safety and excellent customer service, while supporting recruitment, scheduling, and community relations. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory experience in a retail setting such as off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and train direct reports to maximize sales results.
