Walmart is seeking a Coach to lead and develop associates, drive business performance, and deliver a superior customer experience in Saint Charles, MO. The role oversees day-to-day operations, sets clear expectations, and promotes accountability and continuous improvement across teams.

You will hire, train, mentor, and develop future leaders while maintaining compliance and safety. Expect collaboration with leaders and stakeholders to execute priorities and achieve results in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Lead high-performing teams by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning responsibilities and providing feedback.
Builds a culture of accountability, collaboration, and belonging where associates perform at their best.
Develops talent and succession plans by identifying growth opportunities and preparing associates for advancement.
Drives associate engagement and performance by communicating priorities, reinforcing standards, and promoting continuous learning.
Oversees daily operations to ensure efficient execution and plans workloads, staffing, and priorities.
