Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail
• Strong interpersonal and guest-service orientation
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to move and lift merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales
• Ensure safety and adherence to company guidelines
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture and excellent customer service
• Support in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates
• Coordinate scheduling and workload planning as part of store operations
