Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.
• Serv Safe Certification completed.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customers receive outstanding service through the checkout lanes.
• Greets customers and responds promptly to needs.
• Oversees accurate and efficient operation of cash registers.
• Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, or gift cards.
• Operates cash register and displays cost, tax, and rebates.
• Maintains clean checkout areas and proper cash control.
• Models fast, friendly customer service and reviews feedback.
• Prepares, stocks, and merchandises products per procedure.
• Ensures pricing accuracy and ad/ signage compliance.
• Promotes a safe work environment and reliability in attendance.
