Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a Coordinator team member to efficiently process customer transactions at front registers and uphold cash controls. You will help ensure a friendly checkout experience, assist customers, and maintain store cleanliness and proper merchandising.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail, a high school diploma, and Serv Safe certification or willingness to obtain. Prior natural foods experience is a plus and participation in our team-driven, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Serv Safe Certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customers receive outstanding service through the checkout lanes.
• Greets customers and responds promptly to needs.
• Oversees accurate and efficient operation of all cash registers.
