Job summary

Burlington Stores in Dallas is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to join our store leadership team as a Front End Supervisor. You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more, and to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while on duty as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues with informed decisions and supervise front-end operations to ensure excellent customer service.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations initiatives through company programs.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
