Ralphs in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a Front-End Customer 1st Manager Assistant to support store leadership and elevate the customer shopping experience. You will help supervise the Front-end department, ensure safety and cleanliness, and contribute to achieving department sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return.
Assist the Customer 1st Manager in reaching sales and profit goals for the department and monitor quality assurance standards.
Assist in directing and supervising all functions, duties and activities for the Front-end department.
Support the day-to-day functions of the Front-end operations.
Accept full responsibility for the operation of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager, Co-Manager, and Customer 1st Manager.
