Pick 'n Save in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, is seeking a Front-end Department Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on-site. Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe, clean environment and enforcing department standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math operations used in daily tasks.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to achieve goals.

• Assist management with budget, P&L reviews and action on financial reports.
• Develop and implement a department business plan to achieve results.
