Job summary

Kroger in Shorewood, WI is seeking an organized Front-end Department Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. You will direct associates, manage scheduling, and help implement departmental plans and promotions to meet store goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, inventory oversight, CAO training, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Implement promotional plans and monitor ads.
• Stay current with ads and inventory changes.
• Plan, organize, and supervise inventory processes.
• Train associates on inventory/stocking and CAO.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and safety procedures.
• Identify unsafe conditions and notify management.
• Notify management of accidents and safety risks.
• Oversee efficient Front-end operations and adherence to laws and guidelines.
• Assist in coaching front-end associates.
