Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a front-end or retail leadership role.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Lifting requirement up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent coverage of Self Checkout activities and ensure accurate sales capture while delivering guest service.
• Direct traffic flow for fast checkout and assist cashiers as needed.
• Create and manage daily schedules and break plans for efficiency and compliance.
• Support Front End Leader on additional lines of business (gift cards, etc.).
• Take ownership of Front End when the leader is not on duty and act as point person.
• Complete daily compliance activities (AML, scale/PIN pad checks, WIC) and manage costs.
• Order Front End supplies and coach team on best practices and loss prevention.
