Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent coverage of Self Checkout and ensure accurate sales capture while providing exceptional Guest service in a safe environment.
• Direct traffic flow for speedy checkout and assist cashiers as needed.
• Create and manage daily schedules and control sheets for efficiency and compliance; manage break/lunch planning.
• Take ownership of Front End lines of business (gift cards, candy, etc) as assigned.
• Be the point person for Front End when Front End Leader is not on duty and support special projects.
• Complete daily compliance tasks (AML, scale/PIN pad checks, WIC).
• Order Front End supplies with cost awareness.
• Train and coach Front End Team Members on efficiencies, service culture, and loss prevention.
