Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and guide associates accordingly.
• Assist management in department operations and daily tasks.
• Unloading purchases and guiding fast, friendly checkout lines.
• Coach peers and cashiers following best practices.
• Ensure policies, safety standards, and labor guidelines are met.
• Respond to customer issues and perform cashier duties when needed.
• Monitor schedules and the 15-minute chart; promote initiatives.
• Maintain inviting break rooms and training areas reflecting Our People Are Great.
