Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Manager (Assistant Customer Service Manager/Assistant Front End Department Manager) to supervise the front-end team and maintain high guest service standards. A typical shift includes bookkeeping tasks and assisting the Sr.

Guest Services Manager with various front-end operations including self-checkouts and parking lot areas. This role supports Coborn's, Inc., an employee-owned grocery retailer, with a variety of benefits and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-end team and oversee guest service quality.
• Assist Sr. Guest Services Manager with front-end operations, bookkeeping tasks and scheduling.
• Cover self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click-and-collect, and parking lot areas.
