Job summary

Capio Group is seeking an experienced Front-End/Full-Stack Developer to design and enhance analytics dashboards and AI-enabled data solutions. The role focuses on UX/UI, React-based interfaces, and GenAI workflows within IDW architecture hosted on AWS and Snowflake.

The ideal candidate will have strong React experience, 5+ years in analytics dashboards, and 2+ years in AI/ML chat interfaces, with a readiness for on-site work in Sacramento.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in front-end UX/UI design for analytics dashboards.
• 4+ years with React for scalable production-grade UIs.
• 2+ years with Chainlit or Streamlit for AI/ML solutions.
• 2+ years in latency handling and async UX patterns.
• 2+ years building chat interfaces and AI-assisted workflows.
• Provide client references for projects upon request.

Responsibilities

• Design analytics dashboards using UI/UX principles and tools.
• Leverage Snowflake, AWS Bedrock, or similar APIs to accelerate use cases.
• Develop automated tests to ensure UI/SQL consistency and accuracy.
• Perform prompt engineering to guide system behavior.
• Support AI/ML features with CI/CD for data workflows and deployment.
