Job summary

Capio Group is seeking an experienced Front-End/Full-Stack Developer to advance analytics dashboards and AI-driven data platforms. The role involves building interactive UIs with React, Streamlit, and Chainlit, and blending GenAI/AI features within AWS/Snowflake ecosystems.

You will ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions, contribute to CI/CD for ML/data workflows, and collaborate with Investment stakeholders and vendor teams while maintaining hybrid/onsite work in West Sacramento, CA.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of experience in front-end UX/UI design for analytics dashboards and highly interactive reporting.
• At least four (4) years of experience in development with React for building scalable, highly customized production-grade user interfaces.
• At least two (2) years of experience in front-end development with Chainlit or Streamlit for AI/ML or GenAI solutions with complex state management & data handling.
• At least two (2) years of experience in latency handling and async UX patterns, explainable AI interfaces, and prompt design basics.
• At least two (2) years of hands-on experience and proven ability to build chat interfaces, and AI-assisted workflows.
• For each applicable project meeting the requirements, you must provide client/user reference information (min of three references total).

Responsibilities

• Effectively apply UI/UX design principles for analytics dashboards using Chainlit, Streamlit, and React.
• Create interactive reporting and storytelling based on data visualization best practices.
• Leverage external APIs and services (e.g., Snowflake Cortex, AWS Bedrock KBs) to accelerate use-case design and implementation.
• Build automated tests to ensure Text-to-SQL accuracy and avoid hallucinations.
• Perform prompt engineering to guide and finetune AI/ML system behavior.
• Execute AI/ML model prototyping with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Apply expertise in dbt, advanced SQL, Star Schema, and cloud ML platforms (SageMaker, Azure ML).
• Implement containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines for ML/data workflows.
• Monitor, tune, and log AI/ML/GenBI solutions, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud infrastructure automation.
• Provide technical leadership and liaise with stakeholders and vendor teams.
• Transfer knowledge to client staff and prepare required materials.
