Job summary

Fry’s Food Stores is seeking an enthusiastic Front-end Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a safe, clean environment in Arizona. You’ll support department goals, assist with front-end operations, and help execute budgets and labor plans with store management.

Ideal candidates bring retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting while upholding food safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and answer questions.
• Know products and respond to customer questions and suggestions.
• Assist with monitoring supply expenses for the department.
• Manage cash control, sales and cash records.
• Schedule Front-end associates for proper coverage.
• Assist with budgets, P&L reviews and action on financial reports.
• Collaborate with Front-end team to promote teamwork.
