Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule Front-end associates to provide adequate department coverage.
• Assist management in preparing budgets, profit and loss reviews, and action on financial reports.
• Develop and implement department action plans to achieve results.
• Collaborate with Front-end associates and promote teamwork.
• Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers are maintained and temperature logs are kept.
• Notify management of safety risks or incidents and report issues.
