Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create welcoming environment for customers and respond to questions.
• Gain knowledge of products and respond with suggestions.
• Monitor supply expenses for the department.
• Manage cash control and records for the store.
• Schedule Front-end associates to ensure department coverage.
• Assist in budget, P&L reviews and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement department action plans to achieve results.
• Collaborate with Front-end associates and promote teamwork.
• Stay current with ads and promotions.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and temperature controls.
• Enforce safety programs and report unsafe conditions.
• Inspect equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
• Report accidents and safety risks to management.
• Follow all laws and company guidelines.
