Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and appreciated by answering questions about products.
• Gain and maintain knowledge of products and respond to questions with suggestions.
• Assist with monitoring and control of supply expenses for the department.
• Assist with managing cash control, sales and cash items and records for the store.
• Manage scheduling of Front-end associates for adequate department coverage.
• Assist store management with budgets, profit and loss reviews, and financial reports.
• Support development and execution of department budgets and labor scheduling.
