Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate, friendly service to customers.
• Greet customers by name when possible and assist with purchases.
• Unload groceries from cart to belt and group items for efficient bagging.
• Ensure accurate scanning, payment handling, and adherence to cash handling procedures.
• Follow bagging procedures and safe handling of bags.
• Identify customers needing assistance and offer help with orders to their car
• Maintain clean and presentable front-end area and workstations
• Report register issues or maintenance needs to supervisors
• Complete CBT and training; perform other duties as assigned
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines to prevent accidents
