Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service to customers.
• Greet customers and recognize repeat shoppers when possible.
• Handle cash, checks, coupons, gift cards and other payment methods per procedures.
• Follow procedures for refunds and overrides and maintain cash control.
• Assist customers with Food Lion To-Go orders if applicable.
• Maintain neat, organized front-end area and assist as needed.
