Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, friendly service while engaging customers.
• Greet each customer and use their name when possible.
• Unload groceries from cart to belt and group items for bagging.
• Follow correct bagging procedures by bag type.
• Scan orders and handle payment transactions per standard practice.
• Follow cash handling procedures and manage refunds and errors.
• Maintain cash control and perform overrides as needed.
• Identify customers needing assistance and offer help with orders.
• Maintain neat, clean front-end area and uniforms.
• Report any register issues or maintenance needs.
