Responsibilities

• Assist customers by using their name when possible and handling inquiries.
• Unload groceries from cart to belt and ensure proper bagging procedures.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow store procedures for refunds and exchanges.
• Assist with Food Lion To-Go orders where applicable and support front-end operations.
• Keep the front-end area neat, clean, and well-stocked, report issues promptly.
