Job summary

Weis Markets is seeking a Customer Experience Associate for our store located at 1100 North Fourth Street. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help resolve concerns in a polite and professional manner.

You will operate the front-end scanner and cash register, ensure accurate transactions, bag merchandise, and assist customers in navigating weekly ads and promotions. Maintain cleanliness and follow PPE guidelines while supporting co-workers and other departments.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience completed or working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help resolve questions in a polite, professional manner.
• Operate the cash register and scanning equipment; process transactions accurately.
• Bag merchandise and assist customers with cart placement.
• Maintain accuracy during transactions; collect appropriate payments.
• Follow store policies on tobacco/alcohol and health/safety guidelines.
• Keep department clean and well-maintained per health and OSHA rules.
• Assist other departments as needed; comply with PPE requirements.
