Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good math skills (ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Sound judgement/decision making skills.
• Friendly, approachable/outgoing demeanor/team player.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Escort customers to products and assist with loading/unloading heavy items.
• Oversee front end operations to meet sales, labor, and shrink goals.
• Ensure prompt, accurate checkout and front-end policy compliance.
• Train and coach associates on front end procedures.
• Maintain front end cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate pricing discrepancies to the pricing coordinator.
• Perform cash handling and register operations as needed.
• Support service operations manager in their absence.
