Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Coordinator to drive smooth front-end operations with energy and a customer-first mindset. You will ensure efficient checkout, assist customers, and maintain accurate cash handling while following company procedures.

This role includes supervising cash registers, supporting a fast-paced store, and modeling friendly, proactive service. A high school diploma and 2–3 years retail experience are required, with at least one year in supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in natural foods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customers receive outstanding service through the checkout lanes.
• Oversees the accurate and efficient operation of all cash registers.
• Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, gift cards, or electronic debits.
• Maintains clean and orderly checkout areas and ensures no personal items are in the area.
• Models exceptional, fast and friendly customer service and adheres to POS procedures.
