Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a Coordinator team member to efficiently process customer transactions at front registers, maintain cash handling accuracy, and provide friendly service while protecting company assets. This role requires interacting with customers and supporting store operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise checkout operations, assist customers, ensure POS compliance, and promote food safety and a welcoming shopping experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.
• Serv Safe Certification completed.
