Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a Coordinator to manage front-end operations and ensure smooth checkout processes. You will supervise cashiers, handle transactions, and maintain a welcoming store environment that reflects our standards for fresh, affordable groceries.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Strong communication and a commitment to safety are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Previous experience in natural foods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive outstanding service at checkout lanes.
• Oversee accurate and efficient operation of cash registers.
• Receive and process payments and maintain cash control.
• Maintain clean checkout areas and adhere to POS procedures.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and assist customers as needed.
