Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through coaching, training, and feedback.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues using the OBW service model.
• Oversee store operations including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Drive sales and monitor performance using PL and inventory management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement business initiatives and drive change.
