• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Supervises and develops hourly associates, assigns duties, and promotes a culture of belonging.
• Oversees activities with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and communicates goals clearly.
• Ensures compliance with policies and Open Door Policy, applying integrity and ethics in daily operations.
