Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and listening to associates, providing feedback and communicating store operations.
• Manages customer service initiatives and ensures a high quality customer experience following company standards.
• Drives store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting, controlling expenses and ensuring sales and profitability goals.
• Hires, trains and mentors hourly associates, assigns duties and sets clear expectations to meet staffing needs.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and Open Door policy while building a culture of belonging and integrity.
