Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership preferred.
• Associates will attend required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates.
• Manage store operations, merchandising, and customer service initiatives to drive sales.
• Develop action plans to correct deficiencies and improve customer experience.
• Oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and expense control in the store area.
