Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Experience with training and mentoring associates is preferred.
• Adherence to Walmart policies and ethics requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Drives store sales and manages budgeting, forecasting and expenses to align with profit goals.
• Provides supervision and development for hourly associates, assigns duties, sets expectations, and recognizes performance.
• Coordinates activities with key stakeholders and supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
• Ensures compliance with Open Door Policy and fosters a culture of belonging and inclusion.
