Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Preferred Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership and Live Better U / Bellevue University programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates, hire, train, mentor, assign responsibilities, and provide performance feedback.
