Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, teach training, and provide feedback to associates to improve performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by modeling Walmart's One Best Way (OBW) and addressing customer needs and complaints.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Provide development opportunities for hourly associates and promote a culture of belonging and integrity.
