Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Front-End Team Member to deliver a smooth checkout experience, assist customers, and keep the front end organized and welcoming. You’ll rotate between scanning items, bagging groceries, and answering questions to help customers complete purchases efficiently.

You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable standing, and enjoy teamwork. Flexible scheduling and weekly pay are part of the role, with training provided to get you ready for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on state).
• Completion of cashier/front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions accurately and greet customers.
• Assist with bagging, cart retrieval, stocking, and front-end upkeep.
• Maintain checkout area cleanliness and order.
• Adapt to changing tasks and customer flow during shifts.
