Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Front-End Team Member to create a smooth checkout experience for customers and to assist with bagging, cart collection, and front-end upkeep. You will help ensure accurate purchases while keeping interactions friendly and efficient.

The role involves rotating between tasks, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized checkout area to support a fast-paced environment and varied customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on state requirements)
• Completion of cashier/front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to work flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout to ensure smooth experience
• Handle transactions and payments (cash, card, digital)
• Bag groceries and collect carts as needed
• Restock supplies and maintain checkout area
• Keep front-end organized, clean, and running throughout the day
• Rotate between tasks as customer flow changes and priorities shift
