Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking Front-End Team Members to deliver a smooth checkout experience, assist customers, and maintain a well-organized front end in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include scanning, bagging, answering questions, and handling transactions while restocking and keeping the checkout area tidy. Flexible availability and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of cashier or front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Create a smooth checkout experience and help complete purchases accurately
• Scan items, bag groceries, and answer questions
• Keep the front end organized, clean, and running throughout the day
• Rotate between tasks: handling transactions, collecting carts, restocking supplies, and maintaining checkout area
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
