Qualifications

• Customer interactions during checkout and assistance
• Accurate processing of purchases and payments
• Attention to scanning, pricing, and order completion
• Ability to balance cash and handle basic math in a busy environment
• Maintain organized, clean checkout area and efficient workflow
• Assist with bagging, cart retrieval, stocking, and front-end upkeep
• Identify and resolve pricing, transaction or service questions
• Follow store policies and checkout procedures consistently
• Adapt to changing tasks and customer flow
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Operate checkout station, process transactions, and assist customers.
• Bag groceries, manage cart retrieval, restock supplies, and keep front-end area tidy.
• Maintain accuracy in scanning, pricing, and order completion during busy shifts.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates; handle questions and requests.
• Follow cash handling and register procedures; assist with balancing at shift end.
