Job summary

Chedraui USA is seeking a Checker for our San Bernardino location to join the El Super Store Operations Team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, processing sales efficiently, and handling cash operations under supervision.

The position requires standing and light lifting, with duties performed under the Front End Supervisor. Training will cover register procedures, product handling, and safety protocols to ensure accuracy and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information to customers and employees.
• Follow detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outstanding customer service per company standards.
• Process sales quickly, accurately and efficiently.
• Perform cash register operations and safeguard company assets.
• Stand, bend, stoop, lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Work under direct supervision of the Front End Supervisor.
