Capital Waste Services is seeking a safety-conscious Front-End Driver to service commercial waste via a Front-End Loader. You will operate the FEL truck, follow schedules, perform inspections, and ensure safe container servicing while maintaining DOT compliance and excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

• CDL required with valid driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of Front-End Loader experience.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening, background check, and physical.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a Front-End Loader (FEL) truck to collect and transport commercial waste.
• Complete assigned routes efficiently and according to established schedules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Ensure proper servicing of commercial containers while minimizing property damage.
• Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Interact professionally with customers and address service-related concerns appropriately.
• Use route management technology and onboard systems as required.
• Keep vehicles clean and in good operating condition.
• Report accidents, incidents, equipment failures, and safety hazards immediately.
• Complete route documentation, inspection reports, and other required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assist with training new drivers when assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
