Capital Waste Services is seeking a safety-conscious Front-End Driver to service commercial waste containers along an assigned route, operating a Front-End Loader (FEL) truck. The role emphasizes dependable performance and strong customer service while complying with DOT and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a CDL Class A or B, has a clean driving record, can pass DOT screenings, and is at least 21 years old. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to meet insurability requirements.
• Able to pass DOT drug screening, background check, and physical.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in varying conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Minimum of 3 years of Front-End experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Front-End Loader (FEL) truck on commercial routes.
• Complete routes efficiently according to schedules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs.
• Ensure proper servicing of containers; minimize property damage.
• Maintain DOT and company safety compliance.
• Interact professionally with customers and address concerns.
• Use route management technology and onboard systems.
• Keep vehicles clean and in good condition.
• Report accidents, incidents, equipment failures, and hazards.
• Complete route documentation and paperwork accurately.
• Assist with training new drivers when assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
