Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service per Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Answer questions and guide customers through store areas and projects.
• Communicate product, stock, and warranty information to customers.
• Coach and train associates in department duties and sales opportunities.
• Process sales, returns, and refunds at the register according to policy.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliations.
• Inspect items for damages and manage loading and order tickets.
• Monitor price matches and record store use items as required.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe work environment, following safety rules.
