Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at the checkstand and sales floor.
• Perform cashier functions: open/close register, ring sales, process tender transactions, bag merchandise.
• Maintain checkstand area cleanliness and follow safety policies.
• Answer phones and provide timely service at the service desk.
• Process refunds, exchanges, money orders and gift cards; issue lottery service where applicable.
